I'm a huge fan of bath bombs (bathing isn't the same without them!) so I really wanted to try Grace & Stella Co. Bath Bomb Set. These bath bombs smelled bad and didn't bubble. They sank to the ground and slowly dissolved. The labels list different scents like coconut and lavender, but they all smell the same and it's a weird old perfume smell. Luckily it doesn't take long. After making 3 attempts with the same results, I asked the seller for a refund and they sent a replacement instead. I was hoping my first box was a mistake but the replacement was no different. I had high hopes for them because the packaging was so cute. Unfortunately, these bath bombs are old and broken. Instead of foaming on contact with water like bath bombs should, they are almost non-reactive. They're slow to melt and break off in sticky chunks until they turn into a nasty sticky block that won't dissolve (see my video). I love these bath bombs! Let's start with the packaging first. They were all packaged very securely and housed in a very sturdy box. Which was then placed in another box. It's really cute. I was very excited when I saw the packaging and all the different flavors on the side of the box. However, these literally ALL smell exactly the same, and that's not the most pleasant message in my opinion. None of them smell like they are listed. This is a wonderful set of bath bombs in a box for any bath lover. There are 8 bombs in a box, all individually wrapped in plastic, then in tissue paper with a nice label. They are lying on a raffia cushion which looks great and protects them well. All the flavors sound amazing but I have to say they are not very strong. I was very disappointed with these bath bombs. First they were wrapped in plastic underneath the beautiful paper displayed in the showcase. All the packaging is misleading. I couldn't find any organic ingredients on the packaging. Ingredient list. Maybe I missed something?
