Bad sensors in tires and wheels

I've only had problems since the installation. I have recalibrated the system several times and the problems keep coming back. I had to temporarily disable the TPMS system until we can diagnose which sensors are causing the problem.

Pros
  • Automotive
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

Does not respond to programmer retraining.

Purchased to replace TPMS on a 2016 F150. The workshop could not get the TPMS to recognize the learning mode of these sensors. Because of this bug, you now have to buy OEM factory parts. Don't buy them. Eliminate the hassle and buy factory parts designed for your car.

Pros
  • Tires and Wheels
Cons
  • Almost never

Types of work for tires and wheels

The monitors seem to work until I drive on the highway. Any sustained speed over 55 mph and they lose signal or something while my light is flashing telling me there is a malfunction in the monitoring system. After cruising the local streets the lights go out and everything is fine I guess until I get back on the freeway.

Pros
  • Replace sensors
Cons
  • There are defects
