This item was black, not blue. I only bought it because the picture showed it was a light blue and pink collar but I am very disappointed to see that it is black. Too much hassle with returns and I think it will work the same no matter what color it is.

Cute! I haven't noticed any fading and it should be comfortable because my cat doesn't scratch it like he used to with his normal fur. Minimizes hair loss. Easy to put on and stay tuned. My only complaint is that I wish it came with a bell so I don't have to put it on every time I change the collar.

I have been using Beastie Bands for many years now and I absolutely love them. Colorful and cute, they can be trimmed and stretch to release your cat instead of suffocating. A small disadvantage is that the collar can fray a little at the edges if your cat scratches its neck frequently. I just cut off all the scratches.
