SHARP.FLEXIBLE suitable for processing wood

Suitable for debarking small trees. Crafted work. The flexible blade is sharp. Ideal for removing sharp edges from wood without breaking the router bit.

Pros
  • Good workmanship
Cons
  • Useless properties

Not a bad deal.

BeaverCraft makes great tools for little money. The blade of an office knife is very durable. It took a little while to give it a proper edge but I know it will take a long time. The grips were uncomfortable at first, but after a bit of sanding and filing they were great. The sheath fits perfectly and is made of good leather. All in all, BeaverCraft offers you quality tools at a price that won't break the bank. I would give 5 stars if the rim and grips were a little better.

Pros
  • Crafts and Sewing
Cons
  • Fashionable

Amazing customer service from BeaverCraft

I received this knife and it was exactly as described. I started using it the same day I received it and was very impressed with the value for money. I tried to cut the handle on the spoon and I probably cut too big, the handle broke off the knife. As I said, I probably took too much material for a knife of this size. I contacted the manufacturer and a new one was delivered 5 days later. I've used it several times since then (without trying to remove too much material) and I love it! Bevercraft

Pros
  • Wood carving tools
Cons
  • Something else

Just received it yesterday and have only tested it on a softwood pallet and a few logs of firewood. He cut nicely into the pallet and easily removed the (thin) bark from the firewood. I don't yet know how long it will hold the blade or how well and easily it sharpens, but based on what others have written about BeaverCraft knives I'm not overly concerned. I will use it for debarking firs and ponderosa. and maybe I'll end up buying a bigger blade - I've never had a knife like this - but I think…

Pros
  • Woodwork
Cons
  • Expensive
