I received this knife and it was exactly as described. I started using it the same day I received it and was very impressed with the value for money. I tried to cut the handle on the spoon and I probably cut too big, the handle broke off the knife. As I said, I probably took too much material for a knife of this size. I contacted the manufacturer and a new one was delivered 5 days later. I've used it several times since then (without trying to remove too much material) and I love it! Bevercraft have great customer service and I wouldn't mind at all! Thank you BeaverCraft!
