Good enough for spares

The car got badly lost in the rain. Tried it and haven't had any problems since. The car is worthless so I don't want to pay too much for the OEM. I'm glad I didn't.

Cons
  • Some problems

Just like OEM VW

I was hesitant to buy instead of genuine VW parts but this is the exact same part without the VW logo. Works perfectly. Fits perfectly. super easy.

Pros
  • Dope 🔥
Cons
  • Retrofit

Good quality item for your car, car. or truck.

This ignition coil appears to have worked properly for the last 14 months. I had no problems. My fuel consumption and performance were very good.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Nothing here

exactly the same as OEM on casters

I bought a cheaper caster and ended up having to return it as it didn't work. The Beck coil was perfect from the start. First, you need to spend extra money. You get what you pay for.

Pros
  • Several competitors
Cons
  • Hard to tell

IGNITION COIL on coils

Ignition coil fitted to a 2002 Jetta station wagon with 145,000 miles on September 2011. Now as of August 2015 the car has 190,000 miles on it. The ignition coil has been working perfectly for almost four years and 45,000 miles.

Pros
  • Great design
Cons
  • Not bad but...

Corresponds to the original

I bought the coil thinking that a misfire under acceleration would cause a lot of shaking. The coil arrived on time and fitted exactly like the original and the spark plugs arrived in the same order which is good as the coil came with no instructions. I also replaced all the wires and spark plugs. It went for two weeks without any problems. Although I assume the jitter is due to a bad CV axis.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Reliability

Packaging could be improved - otherwise good product

Exactly what I needed. The fit was like the OEM. The device feels solid and has a good weight. Of course, durability will be key. The only thing that bothered me was the packaging. The reel came in a slightly oversized box with minimal packaging. It rattled in the box. Everything seems fine, but even a small crack in the body renders the coil unusable.

Pros
  • Fits me great
Cons
  • No instructions

Looks like OEM quality

It is very well made, looks exactly like the one I replaced. The Beck Arnley is not original equipment in my VW Golf MK4 but seems to work great. My car's electrical system seemed to freeze during the night when it rained and had trouble starting on a really cold morning; 30 degrees and below. Now with this thing it starts fast and runs smooth. Hope it stands the test of time.

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Expensive
