EASY to install. Presto, in less than 8 minutes I had the ignition removed and installed, in 2 minutes I was back on the road!

I was able to save a lot of money by buying a Revain ignition cylinder and after watching a tutorial video on YouTube I was able to fit it quite easily. That works great!

Product works very well and fits very well. As a previous reviewer mentioned, there is a noticeable gap between the cylinder and the plastic body after installation (reason for 4 stars). That being said I no longer have trouble turning the key to start the car and would highly recommend it if you don't have OCD. Very good value for money.

After searching the internet and several websites that claimed to stock the exact type of ignition lock cylinder but could not find it. I signed up on our favorite online site and voila! Revane's price was surprisingly fair, in other words cheap. But the product is suitable for both my Toyota Corolla and OEM. Thanks very much! Revain five stars for you today.

I have a 2002 Toyota Corolla with ignition problems. The locksmith told me it would cost $170 to fix. My friend mentioned that I only need to replace the cylinder, not the entire ignition assembly. It was noted that it would fit my car, but I tried it anyway. To my surprise!, it worked like a charm. There is a small gap around the ignition cover, but that doesn't bother me as long as the ignition works smoothly and you don't have to break off the key.

Although this element controls the ignition, it has a different diameter than the original and the plastic case does not cover it, there is a gap around the cylinder (stamping according to start) . I believe it could be for earlier model years or maybe some other trim where those cars have a lighted plastic ring around the ignition cylinder.
