Description of 🔥 Bedee 2 Pack Reptile Heat Lamp Bulb: 100W Ceramic Infrared Heat Emitter for Reptile Coops, Brooders, and Pet Lizards - No Light Emitted, No Harm - Black (110V)

【Only Heat, Not Light】 Reptile heat lamp is a radiant heat source that emits natural infrared heat and does not produce any form of light, so you don’t have to worry about affecting your pet’s sleep cycle. You can use this heat emitter day and night. 【Long Lifespan】 The main body of the ceramic heat lamp is made of high-purity pottery clay, which can ensure its anti-crack and work in high humidity terrariums. It is an ideal 24-hour heat source for reptiles and amphibians, can last for 10,000-15,000 hours or even longer (it is recommended to use two reptile heat bulb alternately to extend their lifespan). 【High Thermal Efficiency】The ceramic heating lamp uses Ni-Cr-Alloy resistance wire inside, heating speed is faster and more stable than ordinary ones. The thermal efficiency is up to 99.99%, which is more energy-saving. The design of the spiral surface also increases the heat dissipation area and makes the heat distribution more evenly. 【Specification】This ceramic heat light's input voltage is AC 90-120V, power is 100 watts; very suitable for pets, cat and dog ,chicken coops, chickens, lizards, turtles, birds, snakes, chameleons, bearded dragons ect.(It is recommended to use together with heat lamp clamp). 【ATTENTION!】 This 100w heat lamp‘s surface temperature is very high when working, please do not use your hand to test the temperature. Do not touch the heat lamp immediately after turning off, please wait at least 1 hour to cool down. Also please adjust the distance between the heat lamp and the pets. Only match the ceramic E26 socket, NOT plastic E26 socket.

Fits Geckos

later I use them in a larger dome instead of the bright 100 watt bulb that came with the kit. It was finally comfortable for my gecko to get out and walk around as it was warm enough and dark enough. I don't know how long that will take. I figured I had to have some just in case.

Pros
  • Heat Lamps
Cons
  • I'll post

Doesn't give off enough heat for chickens

They work great in a standard heat lamp and I can try them with my gecko which normally has a 75w blue light but they don't give off enough heat for my new chickens away . I have a 100 watt incandescent bulb that puts out significantly more heat, but I don't want the chicks glowing at a full 100 watts all night. I will have to find another solution.

Pros
  • Pet supplies
Cons
  • Ugly packaging

Good Heater

This 100 watt heater produces plenty of heat. I use these 100 and 50 and 25 depending on the outside temperature when heating a wild cat home. In extreme cold I use 100, I recommend paying close attention to the temperature until you are comfortable with performance in your conditions. I don't want cats or reptiles to be hot. I use a wireless temperature sensor at the shelter to monitor temperature. They are cheap and good.

Pros
  • Reptiles and Amphibians
Cons
  • Requires outlet
