Now set at 7 1/2 years. Glue .

Already installed 7.5 years. The glue is still intact. No fabric breaks. There were no problems. And I often use the bed of a truck to load heavy materials. The truck has been stored outside in harsh weather conditions and is still holding up well.

Pros
  • Entertaining
Cons

Great for the tailgate

The rug feels much better in my lap when stepping onto the bed and now we can sit comfortably when we have 'back door'. I gave 4 stars because the material seems to stretch a bit over time and unlike a rubber or plastic mat you will need to readjust the velcro mat - once installed there is no need to worry.

Pros
  • Well built
Cons
  • Fine

Trunk Mat - Truck Body & Trunk Accessories

This trunk mat is not what I expected. I thought it was a rubber mat. This is carpet. In a way, carpet can be as good or even better than rubber due to the weight and boltless attachment to the tailgate, but I'm a little worried about keeping it clean. The time will show. Also the price is a bit expensive for what you get.

Pros
  • Consistent Test Results
Cons
  • Something Different

soft on the knees suitable for truck mats

This is a great addition to the boot. Have a bakflip cover to keep the tailgate closed normally. It's attached with velcro when I'm sure it stays with the tailgate down, but I haven't tried it yet. This is a must have if you have "old" knees like mine. It's nice to get on your knees when you go to bed. Easy to keep clean with a hose.

  • Good value for money

Installation was easy and it protects my .

Installation was easy and does a great job of protecting my knees from the unforgiving surface of the plastic boot if I have to jump up and climb in the back of a truck for whatever reason. I'm glad it was available from Revain as the shop where I installed the hat and mat didn't bother to include this when I specifically asked for it!

You have lost a future sale to me.

I was going to buy a full set of floor mats for our new Chevy, but after I put a crappy floor mat on the tailgate I started thinking. The carpet was fine, but left plenty of room around it for junk to accumulate, but it fits nicely into the tailgate ribs. However, the tailgate mat does not, and before we finished laying the mat, the tailgate mat already had visible grooves through the fabric. For $50 you think they can customize the tailgate. Carpet in bad shape. That makes the installation…

Not perfect but close enough

I bought this tailgate mat for my 2011 Ford F150 to complement the Bedrug duvet. Unlike the upholstery of the bed, the tailgate paneling is not a custom-made product, but it comes close enough for me. At $49.00, it feels a bit high considering its relatively small size, meager amount of material, and the fact that it's not truly custom-built. It offers the necessary protection against scratches, while the padding on the back relieves the knees. Installation was a breeze thanks to the included…
