I needed a very long screw to mount the Moen Secure Mount through a thick wall. My local sources didn't have the correct screw size or metric threaded rod. It was the perfect solution and it arrived in two days.

Just what you need to replace the belt tensioner adjustment rod on an old combine. He cut off the damaged part with a hacksaw, screwed the union nut onto the rest and screwed this rod in. I then used a new nut on a new stem to do the actual adjustment. Now it works like new again.

. Went to the above stores and a small local hardware store and was surprised that all they had were US sizes. In this day and age of measuring everything, you'd think they all have that thread. They carry metric nuts, bolts and washers. Thanks Revin Used it on my bottle cutter to cut larger diameter glass bottles. A good thing.
