I bought this calligraphy exercise book because it was the cheapest notebook I could find and had good reviews so far. The paper is fairly translucent, making it easy to follow the instructions that come with the front. Most pens I've used bleed through the paper, but there was no noticeable bleeding. For reference, I've used this notebook primarily with Tombow Brush Pens (Double Tip and Fude) and Faber Castell Pitt Pens.

This is a training booklet so I wasn't expecting thick and quality paper. However, the ink on this practice pad tends to bleed more than other calligraphy pads I've tried before. This is a disappointment because Bee Paper is my favorite paper brand (it's my favorite sketchbook brand). Also, it's so thin my ink bleeds and makes a mess on the writing surface.
