This phone holder is perfect for the car. The tension is perfect for holding my iPhone 11. I used to have another brand that was too tight and difficult to fit my phone in. It was easy to set up although the phone will slip out of the clip if you have a silicone/smooth leather phone case. Thanks to my round AC grip, it holds the bottom of my phone to keep it from falling. When a fix was found, it worked for several months. The info on this product says it's good for iPhone 8 which it is but in my case it doesn't fit mine Toyota Sienna (minibus) vent hole. I like this kind of car phone mount. I don't like the way those mounted on top of the dash or window partially block the view of the road. A bracket on the air outlet eliminates this problem. Bought for myself and my teenage daughter. The clip slides right onto the vent and stays in place. In my daughter's Ford Escape, I can lift my phone to the highest point and still get airflow from the bottom of the vent.
