Definitely not gold color as pictured But good

I thought this chain which thought it was gold would go with my bike but turns out it wasn't cold at all it is black which is good because other than the fact that I picked it for its color it's coming back but looks like a very well made chainring would do very good things for bikes. All I know is that I won't find the color I want, it's made in Taiwan which is better than China. I guess good luck

Not for 3 speed sprocket, internal 3 speed or single speed chain

I bought two or three of these and sent them back (unopened) misinterpreting three gears as a 3 speed sprocket have. Single speed or with a three speed internal gear or something like that. Don't try to use 18, 21 or 24 speeds. It is clear that he is too fat. However, this two-tone chain link is not presented in style. There was one color - some kind of dark gray or black. Although it seems like a good strong chain.

Description Photo SCAM

I ordered this necklace because of the color and of course the price it was advertised on Revain. but when I received it it wasn't anywhere near as silver/gold as you can see in the photos. When I first received two necklaces I thought that maybe they were wrong and ordered two more, but no, now I have four necklaces, all black, nothing at all, like the description in the picture. For five bucks you can't beat the deal, be honest with the Bell Inc color description.

Fits perfectly on my 18 speed mountain bike

got a mountain bike with badly rusted chains! I took off the rusty chains and wondered if these would fit the bike. Since it has master links, I can save a few bucks on a chain adjustment tool. It is 100% perfect for this 18 speed mountain bike. The manual says that a tool is required to assemble the chain. But you absolutely don't need it! I bent the chain to the notch and inserted the pin. It fixes the chain perfectly! It's cheap compared to other brands and works well. More importantly, no…

Weak, no bearing, definitely wears out the edges of the sprockets.

This is probably the cheapest bike chain I've ever seen. No bearings, no rollers, just metal to metal. Very sticky feeling. I bought things that were comparable in price, not branded but made better than this. The flimsy design and construction also makes it very difficult to set the correct tension. Photos of Revain show a gold finish, definitely not what's coming in April 2021. Flat bearings to spread the load, I suspect the edges of the sprocket will definitely take most of the load and…

If you want a chain that will last, this isn't it.

I am restoring a children's bike and wanted some trinkets so I ordered the gold one and like many others got the black one. I didn't want to wait another week for a replacement so I didn't. Here are the big problems. 1) Most chains come with oil or lube that lasts about 100 miles. This chain was almost dry and needs to be oiled before use. 2) The construction is as cheap as I've seen. In fact, I've never seen a bike chain built like this before. It will probably work for a kid's bike that few…

Pros
  • Impressive
Cons
  • Quality

I bought this chain for a bargain Mongoose MB. The old chain was rusty and lifted a little at every turn. The chain fits perfectly, does not need to be shortened. I bought this chain because it's a bell and I don't want to use an unbranded chain that will likely break or wear out quickly. The packaging was hard plastic and even came with (limited) instructions. The chain was lightly oiled and looked well made. The only (minor) problem is that the locking mechanism is quite difficult to control.

Pros
  • Great price
