Although the description and pictures were intended for youth aged 8-14, I received a child aged 5+ who was too small for my child.

The helmet I received does not match the picture. The whole point of buying online was to get a helmet with three monster girls instead of a skull helmet that you can buy at any other store.

I'm so angry! The only time I don't look at reviews and I have the same problem as everyone else. I have one with a skull on it that I could buy for about $5 less. I'm so pissed that it's for my daughter's birthday and not now when I actually ordered and paid for it.

Wrong helmet with 3 girls. It's the one with the monster school skull. My daughter loves Monster High so much she loves the skull. Luckily she didn't see what she should have gotten in the picture. In addition, the plastic visor broke off. I'm only going to stick it on as it doesn't affect the safety that the helmet offers. The rest is OK. It is slightly smaller than size 8-14 Bell helmets. this one says 8+.
