I read other reviews warning about this issue and thought they were just getting it wrong. I was very careful and even removed a few of the combs to keep them from snagging. He's stuck. Badly stuck. The curling brush only has 5 rows of bristles (my previous one had 6) and they are shorter than my previous brush. Brushes with only 5 rows of bristles tend to burn the scalp when used. And when you add shorter bristles to that, the potential goes up. It would be helpful if curling iron product descriptions included this information.

If I could I would give them zero stars. It was a waste of money. It doesn't get hot enough to curl. The bristles get stuck in even the shortest hair. I thought my husband would have to cut them out of my hair, they were so stuck it hurt to pull them out. If I hadn't thrown away the box and materials I would have sent it back. What a waste.
