I wanted this for computer work to relieve stress and pressure on my elbows. It was much smaller, didn't fit and was very stiff just not what I was looking for. He's collecting dust in my garage.

That's what I like about mountain biking. I ordered one size up as most Chinese items are smaller than Western sizes. But this one was almost too big. I should have ordered the correct recommended size. Good product.

They work well! I had a bone in my elbow and it saved my life while it heals. They don't slip and are easy to adjust. I like that the cushion is not too soft for better impact protection. Will definitely take them again!

I thought I wouldn't like them as there is no proper padding but my hands don't sweat with them and the elbow pads offer a good one protection level. I play as a goalkeeper, so I need protection from hitting the ground too hard.

Needed an elbow pad for long distances. Elbow pain when leaning on the car door while driving. cheaper. This product did it. Please check measurements before purchasing - if you are very close to higher measurements - I would order.

I followed the sizing guidelines and ordered the correct size (according to them) and the case is actually not compressible. It's loose except for the top and bottom that hold the sleeve in place. I don't see how this sleeve will help with any type of tendinitis or tennis elbow. It got 2 stars because I wore them to play soccer and the padding held up well. But the compression is zero.

I love these elbow pads. Enough padding for my husband's elbow after he had a stroke and lost his right arm. His elbow was prone to abrasions and fractures. But this pillow doesn't allow that. It's cozy so I might use the big one. You don't have to worry about him slipping because he doesn't use that hand. The material is Lycra and stays cool against his skin. Good and soft.
