I bought this monitor to work from home. It produces pleasant colors with the ability to make adjustments. I checked the speakers and they sound fine, but I've plugged in regular speakers and don't use the built-in ones. I would recommend this monitor.

Bought the monitor on Prime Day. When I received it, I received a damaged package and the panel was damaged as well. I requested a replacement but support said the monitor was out of stock. So I had to send it back. Although the monitor itself is good.

I've been using this monitor for 5 days and I really like it. Today I came home and tried to wake up the monitor to work on the computer and nothing. I used a DisplayPort cable. The indicator in the lower right corner flashes on and off. Absolutely nothing works on screen. I then tried using the included USB-C cable on a Macbook Air M1 next and nothing. That worked fine before. Then I went to my laptop and tried to connect via HDMI but nothing. I currently have to work with a 24" 1080p monitor.

When viewed from the side, the IPS panel shows a white haze. Compared to my MBP screen this is totally unacceptable, for me it's not a real IPS panel. Can my block be defective?

Bought the EW3280U from BenQ.com 1.5 years ago. Displays bright and clear images. However, after carefully laying the monitor face down to find the connection to the new computer, cracks and lines suddenly appeared on the screen. Your 3 year warranty does not cover this physical damage.

I love the brightness and color of the monitor and was very happy with it until the speakers started making inexplicable crackling noises which I never actually use as I have an excellent desktop computer. Occurs intermittently and unpredictably and I cannot resolve it with actions such as replacing the cable. The colors on this monitor are amazing. White too. Black is washed out even after many hours of calibration. I expected more for the price, but it does the job.

After the input cable was aligned and moved across the table, black grid lines appeared on the screen. Be careful with the smallest punch because apparently it's not difficult to break it. After trying a few different options, I came across this monitor. Since then I haven't wanted to look at anything else. Bright colors, high quality materials, very well made device.

I bought this monitor to replace the BenQ 3270. Although the specifications of the 3270 and 3280 appear similar, the difference is significant. The 3280 is bright, reads clear text and has deep blacks - features not found on the 3270. The 3280 costs about $200 more than the 3270, but the extra cost is worth every penny.
