I've used a variety of products in my humidifier and none of them came out like this. When you live in the high desert, it's difficult to find food that lasts in a humidifier. Somehow the water is stored longer, but has a higher humidity level in the house. I've never been able to hit 40% with other products and this one easily hits 45% and keeps it there. Not a strong odor but barely noticeable. It works and the big bottle is over.

Many humidifier chemicals don't really slow down the build-up of scale on the filter cloth. This one does a great job! On the other hand, I ordered these a few weeks ago. The order was then canceled as the packaging was damaged. I then reordered. What I received was an old damaged package that was placed in a new large box. No spacers or packing material - just a large box within a much larger box. But the product works great!

Before I started using this product, I noticed a decrease in humidifier efficiency about two weeks after installing new filters. The filters get really shot (hard and encrusted with minerals) in about a month. I started using this product about 5 weeks ago and my filters are still working like new. This pack of 6 large bottles is much more economical than buying individual bottles, although six bottles seems to last me two seasons or more.

Because one of the reasons we have a humidifier is to keep the air humid during the winter months so our sinuses don't dry out and make us more vulnerable against infections, colds, etc. we use a full cap in each of the 2.5 gallon water reservoirs in our portable humidifier to ensure the water is bacteria free and smells nice too. I used it last year and it worked great and wasn't expensive at all. Worth the money to keep the water healthy!

After using various products (bacteriostats) for almost ten years I ordered this product because it was advertised to reduce limescale and also keep the air clean . After just a few days. no matter. Instead of changing the filter every two hours or so, I only do it a couple of times a day and even then, the filters never clog with limescale. I can't attest to the fact that it makes the air cleaner than before, but I'm very impressed with the minimal amount of attention my humidifier now needs.

I love this product and have a few bottles left but I'm going through the filters faster this year than last year. It's the weather, moisturizer combination, my home, who knows? It may have been a very cold winter and the humidifiers were working overtime. I have a male with COPD and I really need to keep an eye on the bacteria on the wards so I want the freshest water so I'm just hoping it's not a combination treatment. I will continue to use it as it seems to be the best product on the market

Works great. I change the water daily, adding 1/4 cup per 5 gallons first. I add 4 gallons twice a day with a 1/8 cup booster. No dirt, no smell, no problems. I also used Essick Air. It's more concentrated and costs less, but smells worse and has a warning label saying it's corrosive. The 64-ounce BestAir 6-pack brings the cost per ounce down to about the same level as EssickAir. So now I have a 3 year supply. I wish BestAir was more concentrated and less expensive without ordering as much. But

Product works well. Keeps water odor free and free from hard water related deposits such as limescale. I ordered six 64 oz. Bottles 12/31/17. They arrived mid January 2019 with a few other items. I opened the box and quickly calculated what I had received. Since I still had some from the previous season, I didn't open any of the bottles. Today I had to open one. To my dismay, I found that 2 of the 64 oz. The bottles were only 1/3 full and yes they were sealed! What a rip off!

I received this product when I received my evaporative cooler. I added the recommended amount of this solution to the tank and the smell has definitely improved. claims so, but I haven't checked if that's true), there are some chemicals in it (see active ingredients in front of the bottle). That's why I gave it a "Meets Expectations" rating (3/5). If a company can make something with more sustainable ingredients, I'd tend to rate it higher. I'm sure you could skip that and use something less…
