This is the second filter I have purchased. It's easy to install and very affordable. No idea why negative reviews. There are complaints that it doesn't have the finish of a stock filter. You are wrong. Not only does it have an OEM filter area, it also has a MERV rating of 11, so it filters the air better than an OEM filter. I have animals and I change out this filter every few months. Verdict: It's affordable and takes a few minutes to install. Buy it.

Love the new combless filters you should use to share the fun

I haven't had to dust often since I bought an air purifier and used this filter. It saves so much time and hassle by having a cardboard frame and not having to put plastic combs between the folds. I change the filter every 6 months which keeps me dust free but every few months. Sometimes I can do without dust altogether. My used filters are always full of dust and dirt when I take them out, so I know they are doing their job and keeping the air I breathe much cleaner than it otherwise would be.

Buying the ones you need to separate and insert all your little fingers into the accordion filters doesn't disappoint - especially as they get more and more brittle with each passing year. This simply fits into

These things are bang on. Seriously, buying the ones you have to separate and stick all your fingers in accordion filters isn't that difficult, especially since there are more of them they seem each Year to get thinner.. This thing you just stick in there. It takes about 60 seconds instead of 10 minutes to try and separate the old style - just poke holes in the damn thing and get a tick after that. Best filter I am also not an HVAC expert but I think the filter is really good. I mean comparedโ€ฆ
