Iffy Flavor is the best in essential fatty acids

I took this container to work as this is where drowsiness usually hits me. I've recently switched to energy powders as it's often too hot for coffee here and the coffee in our office is TERRIBLE. I'd rather nod at my table than drink that. Some energy powders are pretty terrible, others are really good. I'll put this in the middle of the street. We've all had mixed results with these

I've been using pre-workout blends since 2010. I've lost count entirely but I must have tried about 20 by now. I have mixed reactions to these soups, as I don't react like most people to many of the common substances added to these foods that many people do well with. I believe that in this case my "fur" reaction is due to the excessive amount of vitamin B12 that this product contains. For some reason B12 and I don't get along when I'm taking a high dose. This one works and has no nasty side effects

This thermogenic activator, as they call it, comes in a fairly small container, smaller than most pre-workout boosters I've tried . BUT, it also uses a smaller spoon so it seems more concentrated. They dilute a scoop to 8 oz but I found it too sweet so I dilute it to 10-12 oz. It tastes like fresh fruit punch, and as long as you dilute it well there's no problem.
