Product works but looks bad. For example, why are all the screws so long? It takes forever to screw in because they use lock nuts to hold everything together. The tools are incredibly fiddly to install and I have some concerns about how close the ends of the bolts are to my wheel. I tightened all the bolts and the rack still shifts a bit on the bike and rattles when I ride the bike. .I would not buy this shelf again.

This product has a poor design. After my first trip to the grocery store, when I loaded a fairly light load into the ROS basket bags and headed home, the support arms broke and the bolts came out. I thought it might be user error and when I got home I put everything back together but ran into the same problem on a later trip. I lost a screw back then and had to use a zip tie to hold the support arm in place. Well it's a joke! Do yourself a favor and buy something heavier.

Good luggage rack for light loads. It took about 30 minutes to open and install. Most of the time it takes a while to realize that the telescopic poles are too short to use the recommended mounting holes on the back. Adjustable with front mounting holes. The telescopic struts have too many joints, spacers and clamps to remain rigid, and the platform wobbles left/right with a load on board until it hits the rear wheel and it stops. Fits my 52" road bike perfectly! Looks pretty stylish. The installation is self-explanatory and took me about 20 minutes. to maneuver around, but probably increase the security of the rack. I appreciate the little silicone pads they include to avoid scratching your bike at the contact points. My only real criticism is that I wish they would send different sized bolts because as my bike is a cute little road bike the bolts attached to the rear triangle of the frame end up sticking out a lot…

Bought 2 of these to fit my bikes and once installed they seem quite sturdy. The aluminum on them is very thin and the holes drilled to install side rails or support arms are poorly machined. They had several metal drill bits, I had to use a file to smooth them out. They are made quickly and cheaply so that they can be sold to the consumer. I recently bought a Huffy Sienna 7 speed comfort/touring bike. Although this is a comfortable bike, finding the right rack was difficult. After trying the other two at local retailers, I took a chance and bought this one online. It turns out the third time was a charm. The photos and details on the Revain listing were excellent and gave me enough information to conclude that this rack had a good chance of fitting my bike.
