Thick but not bulky

Good quality jacket. We get more rain than snow, but it's water-resistant and warm enough to wear in our "mild" winters. Thick but not bulky. Ideal

Pros
  • The Big Chill Boys Little Board Jacket is made of high quality material for strength and durability. Your child can wear it for several winters without tearing or damaging it.
Cons
  • The jacket comes in only one color - anthracite grey, which may not please children who prefer brighter or more colorful clothes.

Runs slightly small on boys

Bought 14/16 for a boy who is 84lbs and 5'11 and normally wears a 10/12 in shirts. The sleeve length and the overall length of the coat are suitable for this, so you can take one size larger than usual. The body is cut quite wide, so it turns out big in this direction. FYI, the sleeves are fleece lined so they won't ride up over knit or other fleece like a polyester/satin lined coat. It's warm and he loves it, so it was a real win for less than fifteen bucks.

Pros
  • Clothing, shoes and jewelry
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging
