I needed backup power for power outages, camping etc. I wanted something that wouldn't charge all day and could be easily USB charged and it fit the bill. I tried it on my iPhone for 30 minutes and got a nice 30-40% battery boost.

Easy to install and run. When the sun is good, it charges my Anker Powerstation 800 II almost as quickly as when it is plugged into the socket. Please note that the Anderson cable that came with this charger had the plugs misaligned for use with this battery. However, they came loose easily with a screwdriver and could be realigned to fit perfectly.

The order arrived and completed the first three loading attempts. Stopped working on the fourth. Contacted support and they quickly sent me a new one. The second has been used many times with no complaints. Use it primarily with the Jackery 500 but also with some other devices. It is extremely portable and easy to carry outside. Setup is quick.

I bought this to use with the Jackery 240. It works well enough, but in bright sunlight and trying to maneuver the panel for maximum exposure, I see that the Jackery is only charging at 22-25W max. The Jackery is said to have a max charging power of 65W and that Solar panel is rated for 80W so I'm not sure why I'm getting limited output. It appears to be a good product, but it's the bewildering lack of performance that is the reason for the 4 stars.

Generates lots of power, surprisingly compact for the size solar panels need to generate that much power and light enough to take with you anywhere. The panels get pretty hot, but everything underneath them, including the charge controller, stays the same temperature as the air. The grommets are great for fastening and it's a lot stronger than I thought it would be for the price. The coasters could be stronger but using epoxy to attach wood or metal to them works fantastic.

I used this to try and charge my CPAP backup battery pack Renogy 72000mah 266wh 12v power bank I just bought. Why is it so important? Most of these foldable panels are the same size and supply 18 volts, which is great for the vast majority of solar panels. This beautiful panel delivers 12 to 18 volts and up to 4.45 amps. Misleading power. It does NOT put 120 watts into a DC jack like a Jackery battery. The maximum power is currently 40 watts. That is, in full sun, at an angle to the sun, at a temperature of 70 degrees. I've been measuring for a couple of days and it hasn't exceeded 40W on the DC jack yet. Only used it once but it worked as advertised, good 21vdc no load and 14vdc when connected to a large 12v gel cell load dc that is at decent sunlight and using all 4 panels without removing the plastic cover covering the solar cells. I tested the solar panel to charge various devices I use when working with hams on the road: USB chargers, cell phone, Revain Fire tablet, lead free AGM acid batteries. and LiFePo4 batteries. I was able to replace 3 devices at the same time, but I understand that this increases the time it takes to fully charge each of them compared to charging just one at a time.
