Unreliable and Weak Hardware Brackets

These brackets were a complete disappointment. They claim to be "heavy-duty" but cannot even hold up simple shelves. The hardware feels flimsy and looks cheap. The packaging was also unsatisfactory - several pieces were missing. The only positive is that they are inexpensive. But, saving a few bucks isn't worth using low-quality industrial and scientific fasteners like this.

These are NOT Ivar pins

These are NOT Ivar pegs. The seller's description doesn't specifically mention Ivar pegs, but many questions/answers suggest these are replacement Ivar pegs. I could get them for half the price at Home Depot. These vortices are the wrong diameter for Ivar. In my screenshot I have an original Ivar pin (left), a newer Ivar pin (middle) and a pin from this seller (right). These pins are very narrow and easily fall out of the shelf hole when trying to insert the shelf. Big disappointment. I do notโ€ฆ

The perfect replacement for the tiny shelf supports that Ikea offers!

I have several Ikea shelves at home. One problem I constantly run into is the underlays falling off and then expanding causing the shelves to collapse due to the tiny support pins that come with them. I would normally fix the furniture but in one room I have a set of three Hemnes all screwed to the wall and to be honest I'm too busy at the moment to unload, unscrew and try to fasten them repair. I figured if only I had longer shelf supports it would give me some time. So I bought these shelfโ€ฆ
