Poor instructions, horrible pictures, paintwork issues, rear brakes and worn wheel. The bike shop tried to help me with this and the front brakes worked front but not rear so I took it back and for half the price it loosened the cones as the chain wasn't too tight and the front brakes worked better too. Germain designed I don't think so.

Such a cute bike. I would give 5 stars but it's a bit heavy. My son loves this bike. We got it for his 4th birthday and he was already riding a Strider so he was ready for a big bike with no training wheels. Every time he rides, people praise his bike. I like the little postman in the back. Great purchase and easy to assemble,

My daughter LOVES this bike. I love this bike too, it's high quality, highly adjustable, love the colors, the basket, the dual braking options, the training wheels are actually pretty flat compared to the store bikes. My only problem was that there was an issue with the handbrake. I had to take the bike to a bike shop because the handbrakes were installed the wrong way round. Plus, it was an easy bike to assemble.

This is a really good bike. The quality is excellent, the paint shines, everything works! I received it much earlier than expected. I have 2 little girls and I already have a special Hot Rock which is good too but with a bike star you get a lot more (trunk, basket, fenders, bell, front brake, strong chain guard). Compared to the specialized one, I would say the wheelbase is longer so it should be more stable and have more room to grow. I recommend this bike to everyone.

I bought these for my 5 year old daughter and with Revain Prime they arrived well before their debut. It's a bit big for her, but she's quite short for her age, so I don't blame the bike or the manufacturer. The build quality on this bike is great and the colors are great. It definitely doesn't look like what I've seen in local shops when looking for a bike. I can see this bike will last for years provided my daughter doesn't defy expectations and grow LONG in a short period of time.

Wish they had 10 stars for Dakota, we bought this for our 3 year old grandson. We previously bought one from them for our 3 year old granddaughter. The safety features are fantastic, the quality of this bike is excellent. Model 12 is the only model with training wheels. The training wheels were not included and I wrote a comment. Fantastically, Revane responded immediately. Then Dakota called me and said the training wheels had been shipped. Fantastic results for Revane and Dakota.

We've had this bike for a week now and so far so good. I assembled it fairly easily. It took about 20 minutes. I'm quite a practical woman - I collect all our childhood things, but I'm not very good with bikes. You will need screw tightening tools as these are not included but I had the right tools in a standard screwdriver set. The only thing I couldn't figure out was the handbrake, but the pedals have a foot brake so we'll rely on that until my husband gets to another one. Having two braking…
