The rubber gasket will fall apart so if you try to add more gas the gasket in the lid will fall apart and go into the tank. You used the wrong tires. NOT for fuel

The caps look great but the rubber seal comes loose as soon as you unscrew it. The vent hose falls off in the first 10 minutes of driving and is never found again. I sent it back without a breathing tube and got another one thinking the first one just broke. No right away!

Loved the quality of the cap itself. Superb paint and aluminum finish. Fits perfectly without damaging the plastic threads. The only reason I'm not giving this five stars is because of the rubber parts. The valve stem could be a little tighter to prevent it from loosening and loosening the bleed. The inner rubber seal is torn and it is too late for me to return it 30 days after purchase.

Well you get what you pay for. Just received this the other day. Delivery was quick and my quad was installed well. The aluminum is attractive and beautifully machined. However, after the first ride I checked the fuel level and was very disappointed to see that the inner cap gasket had split into three pieces. I hate to put two stars on this cover because the material is well machined anodized aluminum but the rubber material on the inner seal was not designed to work with fuel come into contact. It's a soft, flexible rubber made in China that breaks when fuel hits it. Thus, the pad immediately dissolves (splits open) after a single use. You need to find or make the best gasket material to ensure a good seal. Also, the check valve/vent that comes out from the top is junk. It was rusted inside right…
