Great improvement in handling on a lightweight 1994 K2500 (6 rod). More appealing cornering and the rear no longer jumps like it used to.

Same as high quality OEM shock absorbers. I've been using them on my 97 k1500 for 20 years. The ones I delete are never bad, I just replace them every 10 years.

My impression is that these shock absorbers were sold as a pair, in an open box and with only one shock absorber. The picture shows "2 shock absorbers", I believe one is in the box and the other is like the picture on the box.

Benefits: The Bilstein part number (and Amazon listing name) is an exact match for the vehicle it is intended for. height and smoothness. Other. These shocks have replaced the original factory shocks with over 150,000 miles.

Got a pair of these today. Good price and quick delivery of factory replacement shock absorbers that old Z71 desperately needs. I took off a star because the packaging on the shocks I received looked like they had been thrown off a cliff and then boxed for shipping. I took solace in knowing they didn't get damaged as Bilstein shocks are pretty darn durable.

This suggests they don't fit 94 K1500 Z71 GMC but they are wrong. I put them on the back and Bilsteins on the front. They are factory fitted to this truck. Even with corvettes, BMWs and others that I don't know. They cost more and in my humble opinion are better than other shock absorbers you can buy. My factory Bllstein rear wheels have been around since 1994 and have clocked 159,000 miles. Roll Tide!

They were OEM on my truck and it ran great. Rust took his tool on her and another brand went on that didn't last, so back to Bilstein. The only reason I removed the sprocket was because these rear shocks came stretched and are really hard to compress by hand for installation - other brands sometimes come pre-compressed and tired wire to help you mount the shock in place and place to facilitate.
