Bilstein 24 188227 4600 Shock Absorber Review

Fits my new 07 Silverado 1500 body. The instructions are weak but just look at the old one and find out. performance is great

I installed these Bilstein HD front struts and HD rear shocks. The ride is a little firmer than stock but much more manageable. The stockers lasted 80,000 miles on me, I hope they did too. So far, so good.

First time customer of this brand and they still work great. They were fitted by a local tire shop and fit perfectly. However, I was told that not all components came with the order and I had to find and pay extra for the missing parts. Therefore 1 star deducted. I look forward to getting a lot of use out of it.

I put Bilstein front shocks on my truck (2010 GMC 1500 4x4) at 70,000 miles. My truck has jumped every bump since I've had it. I want to replace the stock mufflers as soon as I get my truck. Now the ride is perfect, no bouncing and less body roll. I would recommend buying a shock nut tool to tighten the nut when assembling the shock absorber.

Such rave reviews all over the truck blog "You will never regret putting a Bilstein in your truck" and I had a positive experience with it on a Tacoma a few years ago.
