You can be ready to race.

Day and night compared to stock. It's a firm but not rough ride. Drive down washboard road with a pretty smooth ride. Didn't see that speed bump, no worries like it wasn't even there, with little to no hopping or hopping in the cockpit. If I could find a better shock I would buy 5 point harnesses and a helmet and get on the Baja 500.

It would be 5 stars if all the parts were there

I had to drive back and forth for 2 hours to find the nut and washer as the parts package was not in the box. Very frustrating. I couldn't go back because I had already disassembled the truck for new parts. But the shock absorbers work very well. Just pay attention to the provider when ordering or check the box before installing.

The rear shocks are great, the front shocks are terrible!

replaced all 4 shocks on my 2008 Navigator with Bilstein. rear shock absorbers are advertised to improve handling and comfort. The front shock absorbers are hard, very hard and stiff, the front doesn't "give". They raised the front 1 inch, enough to change the headlights. Drove her 50 miles city, country and highway. My wife and I both agreed that the ride was tiring and frustrating due to the front shocks. removes and replaces ($) the front parts with standard shock absorbers. Now you have our

Not for everyone

Well, first of all I have no doubts about the quality of the rack mount. I have used Bilstein struts and shock absorbers in the past and have been very happy with them. *IF* it works for you I'm sure it will be a quality part. I have Bilstein racks in the back of my Expedition and love them. I wanted the same racks on all four corners but... they don't fit my truck and they may not fit yours. The reason for my three star rating is poor parts supply. Bilstein does not use a lower spring plate…

Cons
  • Ugly packaging
