Great platform that offers plenty for users

I really enjoy how easy it is to use. The customer service has been great from day one. We have had no issues with BC and they are always willing to help if we need anything. They are very responsive! I wish there were more training options available though. There is not much of an in-depth tutorial or guide online. You can go through some of the videos but you will still have questions even after watching them. Do yourself a favor and check out this software. It is easy to set up, easy to…

Great platform for sending personalized emails with no stress!

This system is easy enought use with all of our staff working in different time zones, it has made keeping up so much easier! The only thing I dislike right now about emails going out from this service are they don't provide any more information than what already was stated within their platform (we're able send an automated thank you note if needed).
