I am so glad I bought this product. My coffee, tea and water with fruit taste much better. I'm better. My energy level skyrocketed. A positive addition to my family life.

When I received the package both cartridges were broken and all black particles/charcoal had been removed. Couldn't return due to quarantine. The packaging is bad and not worth the money.

I've been filling bottles with water and going to springs for years, but during the quarantine this is no longer acceptable. Ordering this filter was a godsend as our tap water quality is not the best. This removes all impurities and the water now tastes refreshing. I hate brushing my teeth and showering with water and wish I had all those filters at home!

When I received my first jug I found that the handle was broken at the top where it connects to the jug. I immediately requested a replacement and the new pitcher broke in exactly the same spot along with cracks in the plastic near the handle. I can only assume this is a manufacturing defect that just doesn't handle shipping well. Get a refund and try something else. I love this product. This makes the water taste great. This is an elegant looking jug of perfect size. Sure, it's smaller than many and you might have to refill it more often, but the downside is that it's not difficult to hold when pouring. This role is very important to me. I bought this product together with the Santevia alkaline jug a week ago. The latter is half the price of Biocera.
