Received a pitcher with a broken handle twice. Poor quality plastic, do not buy
When I received my first jug I found that the handle was broken at the top where it connects to the jug. I immediately requested a replacement and the new pitcher broke in exactly the same spot along with cracks in the plastic near the handle. I can only assume this is a manufacturing defect that just doesn't handle shipping well. Get a refund and try something else. I would have expected this quality if the price was very cheap, but it was quite expensive - almost $100. Definitely not worth it.
