This shampoo makes my hair fresh, soft and doesn't wash out the colour. It's mild, not harsh, but cleans my hair and makes it shiny and healthy.

We bought this because the reviews were pretty good. But within two days of using it, both my daughter and I noticed a significant increase in hair loss. I could take a handful just by running my fingers. I'll say I got a lot of compliments on the smell so that's a nice bonus but I'll throw them away. We have fine hair so I would definitely not recommend for anyone with fine hair.

I like the product myself, I've been using it for a long time, but it's the first time I'm ordering through Revain. The product arrived damaged. half poured. No time to exchange or return :(

I usually use Biolage shampoo and conditioner but I chose this one because it's half the price. My hair became like straw and I pulled out so many hairs trying to comb them. DO NOT BUY THIS AND DO NOT LOSE YOUR MONEY OR TIME RETURNING IT!

I love the shampoo and conditioner but found the conditioner very difficult to squeeze out of the bottle due to the thickness. Even if you remove the top, it still takes quite a long time to extract the product. I'm buying it for the first time, so I'm not sure if this is normal or if the air conditioning is somehow broken.

Was skeptical about ordering based on other reviews of bottles broken. I was sad to find broken bottle cap and shampoo everywhere. There are no seals in the box other than a small "air cushion" -_- I've used it in travel sizes in the past and loved it so wanted bigger bottles.
