    Upgrade to the wired version and find it much better! Increase cleaning time by 50% 1 - no cord 2 - large cleaning roller 3 - self-cleaning after use

    Does it all - great for pet owners

    We mostly have parquet floors with carpets. We also have two cats, so we often sweep the floors to vacuum the fur and get rid of hairballs or other pet debris. This works well on both hardwoods and carpets, switching between the two surfaces with ease. Suctions well and cleans up any mess you encounter while walking. The cordless function makes it easy to clean the whole house without charging. It is also very easy to clean the roller and drain dirty water.

    New favorite cleaner

    I would like to give it 5 stars but I think there is a higher buzz coming from the brush area. I'm not sure if it's a normal noise but considering how it's been cleaned so far I'll go with it, I can live with it. Bye. I would have liked more battery power. This model is wireless, which partially influenced my purchasing decision. The price could have been better. So far she has done a fantastic job cleaning the downstairs floors and small rugs in the house.

    I've been using bissell crosswave for a little over 2 months with pets and small children. 2500 square feet of tile, hardwood, carpet and laminate. I'm so damn impressed with this thing!     A stressful life? it's good enough for you

    Really wanted to love this. It is in order. I will continue to use it. It does everything it says on the tin but is a bit disappointed with how the floor looks when it's done. I have laminate floors, so other floor coverings may vary. I like that I don't have to sweep and then mop - the vacuum is good (doesn't replace a regular carpet vacuum but does a good job on carpets). However, I see streaks that remain on the laminate.     I was so hoping I would like it. Unfortunately it was a big mistake for me.1. They are advertised as self-cleaning, however there are MANY steps to cleaning the parts after use. The only thing that cleans itself is the roller. You need to clean the water tank, filter, base, crevices in the vacuum cleaner, and after running the roller you can clean everything again.
