Really wanted to love this. It is in order. I will continue to use it. It does everything it says on the tin but is a bit disappointed with how the floor looks when it's done. I have laminate floors, so other floor coverings may vary. I like that I don't have to sweep and then mop - the vacuum is good (doesn't replace a regular carpet vacuum but does a good job on carpets). However, I see streaks that remain on the laminate. Basically, I notice in some rooms where the light falls just right. The streaks are smaller if I hold the spray button down all the time - if I hold it to move forward and release it, if I pull back the streaks are much worse. Otherwise, that's a great thing. I have 2 children and 2 dogs. I use it every few days or whenever I see a stain on the floor. It's light and moves well. A 30-minute charge is no problem at all. It's lightweight and easy to pick up. A clean can is easy to fill and a dirty can easy to empty. He drives well. It comes with samples of 2 different solutions (which may affect streaks). Is it better for me to wash the floor on all fours? Of course! do i have time for this No way. This has to be done for me.
