BISSELL JetScrub Pet Upright Carpet Cleaner, 🐾 25299: Powerful Pet-specific Cleaning for Fresh and Spotless Carpets Review

Not what I expected. I wanted one that would work on both hard floors and carpets. It's not like this. I can't find a hard floor mount anywhere on the internet, even though the brochure says it exists. I am extremely disappointed. I would not recommend this product if you want a multi-purpose machine (which I thought I would get). Too much hassle to return it.

AMAZING! I recently adopted a cute 6 year old dog who has had many accidents on my beige carpet. I've researched a ton of carpet cleaners and I'm so glad I bought this one. - It is very easy to use and assemble - lightweight - easy to clean afterwards! I have a small green bite that smells like dog urine and won't clean up after a few uses. It was sooo easy to clean after use! - good suction power and no leakage! Highly recommended!

As you can see in my before and after picture above. I don't even have to give a review, the picture speaks for itself. I'm really shocked. I used to have a carpet cleaner and all it did was smear the stain all over making the stain even bigger! It is now my favorite household appliance. First look at the photo I uploaded. The recovery tank turned BLACK after I cleaned a small area in my son's room to test it. The carpet looks brand new in the area I just cleaned. That's great. His carpet didn't even look that dirty, but gosh, he definitely cheated dirty after seeing how clean he got off that little car. I liked the quality of the 3'x2' section she did on the first cleaning. However, the brushes suddenly stopped moving. Unplugged, cleaned (which wasn't much as I didn't walk far), tried removing the water tanks, emptying and rinsing the water tanks, blue filter area, etc. Plugged back in and the brushes moved for 5 seconds and then stop. I am very impressed with the cleaning power of this Bissell JetScrub upright carpet cleaner in its compact size. The small design is a big plus for me as it doesn't take up much storage space. But since moving to a smaller house with hardwood floors we have received two 6ft x 9ft rugs for which we decided to downsize our rug cleaner to this #25299.
