No fault of this product but the vaper died.

Steamboat died shortly after purchase so we replaced it with Shark. The fourth steamer we tried died after about a year.

was a great purchase. All I needed was a cap and.

Bissell Steam Mop OEM water filter, lid and. was a great purchase. I only needed the cap and insert pin because mine broke. For this reason I didn't want to buy another Bissell steam mop. So I found this and entered my 31N1 model and it fits great. Exactly what I was looking for. It even came with a new water filter which was great. I am happy with the purchase. Many Thanks

Pros
  • Brilliantly done
Cons
  • Fades

Buyers beware of steam cleaners, steam mops and accessories

This is NOT an OEM filter. I changed the filter on the mop and immediately it gave off very little steam. I quickly found out that the small filter balls leak out of the filter with the water and clog my machine. I'm not even sure if my car can be repaired now. Luckily I have pipettes handy and was able to pull out a few small beads, but until I get a new filter (really good OEM quality this time!) I don't know if there's any irreparable damage.

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Unreliable
