As the belt numbers are very vague, here is a photo of the new belt and my vacuum. So if you have this vacuum cleaner, then it fits. Your old belt will likely look larger than your new one, this is normal. Allow the belt to warm up before attempting to put it on. This allows it to stretch so you can put it on properly.

I bought a new belt a few months ago. It was very easy to install and excellent value for money! My vacuum cleaner sucks like a newborn. My vacuum belt has stopped working. It didn't break, it just stopped "hooking" the needle, so I ordered it. I wanted one but Bissell made me buy two. The first broke just after I used it when the brushroll caught a piece of fabric. The second broke after a few minutes when a corner of the carpet hit the brush roller. Unfortunately I think I waited too long to purchase this replacement and the vacuum motor has suffered but the belt was incredibly easy to install (5 or 6 Phillips screws on the bottom of the vacuum and you're done) and it really does have a noticeable impact on the efficiency of your vacuum's brush roll.
