This is by far the best skimmer I have found on the market after trying so many of them. Snails and fish into other skimmer, with guppy protection in place, this will prevent creatures from entering, even if they managed to get into the skimmer, there is plenty of water in the skimmer for the creature to survive. Perfect product for my 150 gallon tank. I wish I had had this product when I had a planted aquarium. He does amazing work. I have African cichlids that eat sloppily so even with the FX6 pump I got biofilm on the surface. Which I painstakingly cleaned by hand every few days. Well, not anymore.
