The only way to use a phone

This is the only way to use a landline. Yes, the speaker phone may work and even a headset too. why look like you work at Burger King if you can get one of these instead?

Pros
  • Bought it for a colleague that does customer service. He said it worked great
Cons
  • May cause overheating of the phone

Good for the cost. in my review

Only issue I have is it is too soft. After 2 days of using it, the paint is cracking from all the flexing it does. It still works and does what it should. But looks like it has been on there for years already.

Pros
  • Helps users stay focused during phone conversations
Cons
  • May not be comfortable for people with certain medical conditions or injuries

Phone users in my review

Must have for the office phone. If you dont have a headset then definitely get yourself one of these and semi save your neck

Pros
  • Saving the necks of those whose employers haven't caught up with today's technology. Literally.
Cons
  • Limited compatibility with specific landline telephones

This shoulder rest arrived with a large crack in the rubber beneath the foam strip, preventing the rest from fitting flat against the phone. Additionally, the adhesive strip may have been heat damaged or aged. The handset was oil-free (it had a previous shoulder rest that I removed immediately prior to attaching this one), but the large top half of the shoulder rest kept pulling away from the phone. Even after pressing and holding the rest in place for 30 seconds, the top half pulled away, and…

Pros
  • Works great for taking calls. My receptionist loves it. The adhesive has lasted through a lot of uses.
Cons
  • Expensive compared to other phone accessories

Does the job, worth the workplace jokes

My coworkers made fun of me when I came carrying this into the office. But it makes using the phone a lot more comfortable, so I don’t care. If you make a lot of calls at work, or if you spend a lot of time on hold, buy this and your neck will thank you.

Pros
  • Perfect I’ve had this for years at my work. No more neck pain.
Cons
  • Takes up too much desk space

Does the job: my feedback

It's soft support, but if you have more modern phone that is straight handset then may have harder time taping to the phone.

Pros
  • Landline Phones
Cons
  • May attract unwanted attention or comments

Good for the price for my opinion

I have two of these. The first one is on my work phone and I’ve had it for three years. I didn’t have an issue putting it on the phone since it’s just a peel and stick. The second one is the same but for some reason I be d issues getting it to stick. It may be the phone itself since my work from home phone is flatter. It’s very comfy to use while waiting on hold. I only have it for stars for value of money because again the adhesive backing can be iffy if the phone is a flatter type phone but…

Pros
  • Love this thing, saves my neck at work.
Cons
  • If you are a big man/woman.... not for u

Save my neck good for me

When you are on the phone all day and don't like head phones, this is the next best thing to help the pain in your neck. It's not too hard, I was actually concern of how soft it felt. Tried it out and was pleasantly surprised. My neck feels soo much better. Definitely can tell by the lack of bodily aches at the end of the day.

Pros
  • Ideal for those who spend long hours on the phone
Cons
  • May not be suitable for people who prefer hands-free phone use

Neck free phone calls

This shoulder rest aka Softalk has made using the phone multiple times throughout the day much easier on my neck. Easy fix to ease the neck pain!

Pros
  • My neck is happy!!!! 😃
Cons
  • Limited color options
