HOW IT LOOKSWe were looking for a tint that was non-reflective from the outside (not mirrored) and dark enough to block the hot afternoon sun on a garden window on the south-west side of our house. We did it on our front windows we where a little worried as we bought one at our local store and it wasn’t as helpful as these one really works keeps the Sun light from penetrating inside but you can still have a clear view from the inside on the outer portion you can’t see anything which is very helpful not sure about if you can see threw at night but it is an easy installation and would advice you to use the soap solution as it works better to slide it I hope these helps anyone who are…

Ok, it’s simple to install but not easy. I used plenty of soap water on the windows as well as the film but DO NOT LET IT TOUCH ITSELF or it’s gone. Almost 8 ft peeled over and stuck to itself which left me short on finishing and I had to buy a whole new roll. I like it , it def made a difference with the sunblock. We live in Texas and it’s Hot so I put it on the front and back windows on the second floor of my house which allowed us to keep the top floor cooler. I didn’t use the install kit it

I live in hot sunny Florida. Bright glaring sun is a way of life. Our home is on the water so glare bounces off the water all day. I am accustomed to wearing sun glasses inside my home. My husband found this window film and figured we’d give it a try. WOW! This film is perfect. It’s sheer enough during the daylight hours for full clear view. Easy, expedient, and fantastic product! Applying by one self is NOT difficult! When cutting to size, give a half an inch for measurement error. Excess film is easy to trim with included razor blade. Best to cut one side and leave the straight edge for guidance when installing. Once cut, start from top and spray area that film is being installed on, liberally! I used this to try and control the heat in my toddler's bedroom. It faces south at the crest of a hill and get beat by the sun all day. I highly recommend. I bought the Black Very Dark. It looks amazing, I put it up myself and it was very simple.Just make sure to clean your window glass first and when fitting the tint make sure to spray it a lot. I sprayed it a lot and even over sprayed it. It's on there with no problems. I did my garage windows approximately 2 years with the same application still good as new no issues at all. It keeps a lot of the heat out of my kitchen now and that’s the best part! Definitely not easy to install and you will need a second person to help. It’s worth it if you do it right!Door on left has tint, door on right does not, to give you a visual.

This wasn’t an easy task to do but my husband was able to get it done. The tiny has made a huge difference. I’ve even put black out curtains and the difference is night and day. Highly recommend!

The left side has the film and the right sides does not. This a true side by side shot. The weather was slightly overcast when I took this photo. I just wanted to give an actual account of the darkness it provides. I just installed this so I am not sure how effective it is for fighting the heat, which is why I purchased this item.

Works very well at blocking light and heat from sun. The instructions are ridiculous. Don’t mess around with taping the product up and pulling off backing. The easiest way is to cut to size, lay flat on a surface, remove backing, spray down with soapy water and then you can easily transfer to window.

Great tint. Used it on my son's windows and it turned out way better than expected. Make sure u clean the window very good first and use alot of soapy liquid. Cut to size before installation, will make it way easier.
