Strange color, great product!

I have this on my fat tire commuter e-bike that I ride from the Bronx to Brooklyn in New York. This is amazing stuff! It's rock solid and allows me to carry my 32-ounce Camel Beetle water carrier, which doesn't fit in standard-sized bottle cages. I use the Wild Wolf Outfitters 64oz case as shown in the photo so I can also store my sunglass case and a few other items. Keeps everything off my chest and makes the trip a lot more convenient as my water is always available when I need a drink. It…

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Almost everything is fine

Better than expected.

I wanted to be able to carry a Yeti Rambler bottle on my bike, but the standard mounts clearly aren't big enough. After reading reviews of several oversized cargo cages, I chose Blackburn for several reasons: 1) price; The Outpost Cargo cage was significantly cheaper than other cages. And 2) it seemed like the best option for larger water bottles since it has silicone straps. Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Not as thick as other picks

good cage, good straps

This is a great cage to attach anything. Tower; On one side I had a jet stove and fuel, on the other side I had 32 ounces of water in a Nalgen. Both fit great and with the included straps there was no issue with items slipping or becoming loose. The back of the straps are rubberized to keep them in place, but they don't stretch, so wear them snug and tight. Dry bag full of clothes. everything went well. The only question is what to do with the extra length of the straps so that they do not get…

Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • I don't remember

Not bad, the mounts are a bit

I have a huge AVEX 1.9L/64oz Growler that I wanted to mount on the front fork of my bike. This works - and it works well - but there are caveats, which I'll discuss below. SECURITY: The straps have a rubber or silicon-like coating on the back for excellent adhesion to water bottles and also the buckle. These straps work very well with a load >1kg, such as a B. a 1 liter water bottle. They work with loads up to 3kg, but you have to stop every hour or so to tighten the straps. If your water…
