Beginner Friendly: Ice Skates, Skateboards and Scooters

This is a birthday gift for an 11 year old. He loved them and used them immediately. There are no problems with getting to and using the skate park.

Pros
  • Best in Niche
Cons
  • Almost Never

They are durable and even with excessive use the skates are still like new

My grandson has had these skates for 5 months now. He goes to the rinks every Saturday night and skates for five hours and they have never let him down. They are durable and the casters will stay like new even with excessive use. Highly recommended.

Pros
  • Very good price
Cons
  • Good but not great

Pretty good for the price. Made my feet sweat.

Pretty good product for the price. Wore them to my son's figure skating birthday party last weekend. I've only skated once in the last 20 years, and I haven't skated in almost 20 years. A little more ankle support would have been a great addition. I'm used to blades that turn on just by sliding my foot forward, but apparently that feature has been discontinued.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Useless features

ideal for beginners for ice skates, skateboards and scooters

Great value for money. I ride with my 5 year old and he has a small bike that I can put in my car. I have them so I can keep up with him while keeping my hands free and not having to lug around an adult bike (bring a rack). great wheels and build quality. The stock wheels work pretty well on pavement if you ask me. I think I'll go too fast with harder wheels, but I'm sure professional skaters have different needs.

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Long delivery time

My first pair. great fun Maybe too hot.

I've never worn any other pair of inline skates. But I was very happy with it. Yes, the wheels are soft, but it's probably good for beginners. And while I ride quite a bit and weigh over 200 pounds, those soft wheels wear out. Everywhere I go, they leave footprints. But as long as you're willing to swap them out every few weeks, and as long as you're willing to shrink them a few inches in size, they'll give you months of enjoyment. I bought them in March and they are still running. The trunk…

Pros
  • Durable build
Cons
  • Okay for the most part, but...

Perfect for beginners

I've been riding them for a few months now and love how they feel. After I got them I installed some super red boned bearings because the bearings they came with had metal caps that made the bearing impossible to clean anymore. The reels that came with mine were 78a, they are quite soft but for those just starting out this is not a problem. I have since changed the wheels to 89a (all my preferences). For the price these skates are durable, I've dropped them a few times and they've worn down but

Pros
  • Sleek design
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for seniors

You are ok I think.

You might think that a $70+ pair would be top quality, but the inline skate market is now more expensive than the skate market. On average, inline hockey skates cost more than my mid-range Bauer skates. In any case, here are some of the good things about these blades. Pros: - Smooth driving for low-end rollerblades, easy to make tight turns, stop, go fast, and use for hockey. - There wasn't much money. - Easy to put on. , has laces, a strap and a top buckle for a snug fit. The boot itself feels

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Fits
