I've been drilling a lot of holes in 1/4 gauge steel and it makes it clean, quick and easy. They stay sharp longer than twist drills.

Does what I want but the description is wrong. They are designed to drill up to 1/4 inch (thickness), not 1/2 inch as advertised. Although the price was good.
