I use this bad boy for my homemade iced coffee in the morning and it's perfect. 5-6 teaspoons instant coffee, water, and some sweetener (I use homemade simple syrup, aka Starbucks "Classic" syrup, which is equal parts water and white sugar brought to a boil and then allowed to cool). a little when I tremble occasionally, but not very much at all. I think it's mainly due to the pressure in the shaker, so opening the lid quickly after a few shakes helps to stop this.

This is my second stainless steel bottle from this company. The first was the previous generation with a black screw top and unpainted stainless steel base. This redesign is locked with a button. After using this for a month I noticed that there was dirt/stains/mold inside the mechanism. It won't get dirty with clear liquids, but it needs some maintenance with protein or green powder. I used a baby bottle brush to get into the crevices. Good insulation!

I try to avoid insulating these beverage containers as their lids usually contain rubber grommets and slots. Gaskets dry out over time and the cracks are difficult to reach and clean. This lid also uses rubber grommets, but contains relatively few hard-to-reach slots. Time will tell how well the lid will hold up, those seals and my ability to clean it.
