I like this device because it has 3 different flashes. I use a walker and the sidewalks are in poor condition, forcing me to be on the side of the road with better coverage. In some places there is no light. I attached one device to my shoulder bag compartment and the other to the front of the bag that hung on my walker so cars could see the pink light coming from behind me and coming toward me. These are super bright, small, durable clip-on strobes. They lasted quite a while with the included batteries, but the tiny screws were too far out when changing the batteries. Also for this user with very high fine motor skills. After the first battery change, I threw one away in desperation. I've managed to change the other, but it's a difficult exercise. I've been wearing Bitzu blue safety lights for my early morning runs for a few months now. They've worked in both rain and severe frost, and so far so good. I use this on my bike helmet along with the standard handlebar light for extra visibility from oncoming traffic. It works well, is lightweight, inexpensive, and runs on regular CR2032 batteries that you can buy in bulk. One less thing to load up after my trip. UPDATE IN 3 MONTHS: Still going strong even after 3 months of semi-regular use. I haven't had to change batteries yet. One caveat with these lights is that the small clip isn't very strong. It will be easy to detach if you put it in a place that shakes a lot. Maybe that's why you get two in the box.
