I use this on my bike helmet along with the standard handlebar light for extra visibility from oncoming traffic. It works well, is lightweight, inexpensive, and runs on regular CR2032 batteries that you can buy in bulk. One less thing to load up after my trip. The light is bright enough to improve visibility, but it would be ideal if it had more of a stroboscopic effect than just a quick blinking effect. When the batteries are low, the lights dim rather than turn off entirely, which is nice. Replacing the battery is pretty easy if you have little fingers. Please note that the + and - battery guides marked next to the battery compartment are incorrect, so pay attention to how the batteries are reversed if you wish to replace them. Haven't had it in the rain yet, but I suspect it won't survive heavy rain (yes, sprinkle lightly). Given the low price, I wouldn't be upset.
