Includes only one pair of pointe shoes. I bought a similar item from Bloch myself but the container was larger and held about 4 pairs of shoes. For someone who dances 6 days a week and changes shoes quickly, I wish this gave the dancer more.

Great set for the money. You'll spend just as much, if not more, on rubber bands and ties than you will on this little set. (Revain price, that is) This item is sold for $20 on the BLOCH website. The tape is of high quality, very strong and elastic. The rubber band is hidden. All in all a good buy. I will buy again.

The strap in this set is stretchy which my 12 year old daughter loves because she can tie the straps tighter and she says her shoes feel more secure. The only downside to these ribbons is that they are see-through, which makes sewing difficult. Once I had a good drawing, there were no problems. Despite this small shortcoming, I would give a purchase recommendation.

The set is very beautiful and the materials inside are good, but really only suitable for one pair of shoes. Purchased as part of a birthday present for a dancer preparing for a top performance. As other reviews have said, no needles, few flimsy threads, feels like they mailed it instead of making something beautiful out of it. Everything is there (except needles) but it's no more than one use, maybe two items. I agree with some other buyers that I felt I was paying for a pink BLOCH can and the idea of what it represented. I was disappointed with the little diagram of how and where to sew the ribbons.
