Hardware works well but may not offer software to work with Blu-ray disc. (The disc with what appears to be the Windows version of Nero was included, but I can't and haven't tested it.) From the sheet I could see that the drivers were loaded onto the player, so I just plugged the player into a USB 2.0 port on my Windows 7 64-bit laptop. The drivers loaded in about 1-2 seconds and everything was ready to go. The installation CD is not included in the scope of delivery and is not required for the hardware.
