Very good help desk software - user friendly and effective

It is very easy for end-users (non technical) from different departments/locations of our organization to send us tickets without having any coding or programming skills required.It has helped in automating ticketing process as well as customer service support. There are no major cons with it yet but minor issues like sometimes due date shows up incorrectly when sending email reminders can be fixed by tweaking few settings. BlueAlly has helped our IT infrastructure

BlueAlly is a great tool to manage our IT infrastructure. They have been very helpful and responsive to our needs. The pricing structure is a little confusing at first. Best and free way to develop frontend app crossplatform

The ability for us as an organization (and even individuals) in our small team of developers is that we can work remotely from anywhere around world without having much hassle with infrastructure or hardware requirements! We are working at least 3-4 hours per day using this service so it's not really something I dislike about them but more like they need some improvements regarding user experience/accessibility etc.. I love how much more productive my team is when using blueally! The customer support has been great as well - they are always quick with an answer or follow up call if needed. We use it in our office for all of our email services which makes things so easy from one place instead having multiple accounts set-up across different devices/email providers etc., It's also helpful that we can have this service included at no additional cost because some other companies charge extra fees just for basic

Easy deployment, solid product & features

I like that it's easy for us as an organization to use with our existing infrastructure without having too many additional dependencies or costs associated (as long you're using Azure). It can be difficult sometimes getting support from them when something goes wrong - but they are always quick at responding! The biggest challenge is just ensuring we have enough resources in different regions so if one fails then there will still remain some availability left within your region of choice. We've
